Recommended this by a friend and, just as reading alone, it is fantastic. It is difficult to ignore his passion for the subject, and he is a man who clearly knows his ingredients. AND the food it makes is fantastic - have only tried 3 so far, but they were amazing considering the cooking time. As my friend recommended, so I pass on - this book is superb!
